A structured process, not an open-ended conversation
Each session follows a structured sequence of document categories developed through six years of household engagement. The facilitator guides the household through each category in order, noting location, custodian, and reference channel. This means the session is productive regardless of the household's prior level of organisation — the structure compensates for the gaps.

Provenance publishes its programme fees openly. The Single-Session Records Inventory is priced at RM 540. The Four-Session Records and Heritage Programme is RM 1,860. The Annual Library Programme is RM 4,580. There are no supplementary charges for travel within Penang, for the written inventory or catalogue, or for written correspondence during the programme.
